CanAm Enterprises Announces Form I-956F Approval for the Green Hydrogen Plant Infrastructure Expansion Project
New York, NY, January 30, 2025 – CanAm Enterprises (“CanAm”) is pleased to announce that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) has approved the Form I-956F (Application for Approval of an Investment in a Commercial Enterprise) for the Green Hydrogen Plant Infrastructure Expansion Project (the “Project”). The approval was granted on January 14, 2025. This marks CanAm’s 5th Form I-956F approval for a “High Unemployment” targeted employment area (“TEA”) project since the signing of the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act (“RIA”) in March 2022.
