Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) Regional Center

The PIDC Regional Center is a partnership between Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), a non-profit economic development agency of the City of Philadelphia, and CanAm designed to offer investment opportunities pursuant to the U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. PIDC and CanAm use the immigrant investments to capitalize The Welcome Fund. The Welcome Fund provides a source of low-cost capital generally available to commercial, retail, industrial or non-profit businesses and organizations that create significant job growth and are located or planning to locate in Philadelphia.

Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) Regional Center

The Pennsylvania DCED Regional Center is a partnership between CanAm and The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), a non-profit economic development agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Projects offered by the Pennsylvania DCED Regional Center are located in 43 counties within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and target such industries as health care, higher education and manufacturing. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) formally designated the Pennsylvania DCED Regional Center on April 13, 2007.

  • To date, the Pennsylvania DCED Regional Center has raised over $280 million.
CanAm Los Angeles Regional Center

Originally formed to target investment projects in the motion picture and television industry, the Los Angeles Film Regional Center was approved by the USCIS on March 24, 2008. In an effort to broaden the scope of eligible projects for the EB-5 program in the Los Angeles area, CanAm submitted an application that was approved by the USCIS on November 19, 2009 to expand the target industries to include transportation, agriculture, alternative energy, and technology, in addition to film.

  • To date, the CanAm Los Angeles Regional Center has raised over $477 million.
Hawaii Regional Center

The Hawaii Regional Center is a partnership between CanAm and the State of Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT). Projects offered by the Hawaii Regional Center are located within the islands of Hawaii, and target industries including tourism, higher education, health services and manufacturing. Based on an application submitted by CanAm, the Hawaii Regional Center was reaffirmed on October 30, 2008.

  • To date, the Hawaii Regional Center has raised over $106 million.
New York Metropolitan Regional Center

Designated by USCIS on August 26, 2013, The New York Metropolitan Regional Center (NYMRC) is the sixth Regional Center exclusively owned and operated by CanAm. NYMRC was established as a vehicle to facilitate economic development in the New York metropolitan area, which consists of New York City, Long Island, Northern and Central New Jersey, the Hudson Valley and Pike County in Pennsylvania.

  • To date, the New York Metropolitan Regional Center has raised over $544 million.
CanAm Florida Regional Center

Designated by USCIS on December 15th, 2014, CanAm Florida Regional Center (“CAFRC”) is the seventh Regional Center owned and operated by CanAm Enterprises. It proposes to facilitate economic development in the State of Florida by providing low cost financing to qualifying job-creating businesses, with an emphasis on infrastructure-related projects located within the state of Florida.

  • To date, CanAm Florida Regional Center has raised over $350 million.

Designated by USCIS on August 18, 2016, The CanAm Texas Regional Center (CATRC) is exclusively owned and operated by CanAm. CATRC was established as a vehicle to facilitate economic development in the State of Texas.
