Min Wu is the Head of Sales

As the Head of Sales, Ms. Wu manages CanAm's gobal sales team in Asia, India, Middle East, South America and in the U.S. Ms. Min focuses on the setting and execution of CanAm's overal sales strategy in these markets by helping the team maintain and grow CanAm's core network of intitution partners. These partners include global law firms, immigration agencies, private banks as well as family offices. Since joining CanAm in early 2016, Ms. Wu has worked extensively with investors and consultants around the world. Ms. Wu assists investors through their entire EB-5 investment cycle and continues to help them evaluate and select suitable alternative investments to achieve their family’s long-term financial security in the U.S.

Prior to joining CanAm, Ms. Wu has more than 10 years of experience working as a financial analyst and institutional sales manager, promoting data and intelligence products to banks and hedge funds. Ms. Wu is a Charted Financial Analyst and holds the FINRA Series 7, and 63 licenses. She graduated with a master’s degree in financial management in the U.S. and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting & taxation in China.

Pete Calabrese

CEO of CanAm Investor Services

Peter Calabrese is the Chief Executive Officer for CanAm Investor Services, LLC.

He runs the firm’s US division responsible for the sale of private placement funds for domestic-based foreign investors. Prior to joining CanAm, Mr. Calabrese worked for 15 years in institutional sales and trading, with a focus on equity derivatives and volatility products. Mr. Calabrese also worked raising capital for an investment management firm. Mr. Calabrese earned a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, with a concentration in Business Economics, and holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 licenses.

Nick Buonagurio

Senior Vice President
Business Development

Nick Buonagurio serves as Senior Vice President of CanAm Investor Services, LLC (CAIS), CanAm’s FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Mr. Buonagurio is a leading member of the global sales team at CAIS and has guided hundreds of investors through the EB-5 investment process. Prior to joining CanAm, Mr. Buonagurio spent 10 years on Wall Street working in institutional sales and trading at ICAP, one of the world’s leading inter-dealer brokers, with a focus on equity derivatives and volatility products.

Mr. Buonagurio graduated from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business and holds the FINRA Series 7, 55, and 63 licenses.

Hiloni Desai

Senior Associate
Sales & Operations

Hiloni Desai serves as Sales & Operations Senior Associate for CanAm Investor Services (CAIS). In this role, Ms. Desai is a Series 7 licensed financial professional working under the Broker-Dealer CEO to coordinate and facilitate investor subscription activity for CAIS’ U.S. and overseas markets. Ms. Desai serves as a main point of contact with staff among CanAm, CAIS, and the EB-5 program, as well as external agent representatives to manage and organize each step of the sales cycle with the goal of achieving a streamlined subscription experience for our investors.

Prior to joining CAIS in 2023, Ms. Desai served in sales, trading, marketing, and analytics positions with organizations in the financial services and real estate industries. In a previous role as Financial Products Manager for Better Mortgage Corporation, Ms. Desai liaised between banking partners and the representing law firms to successfully close Mortgage Repurchase Agreements. Working as an e-commerce partner with Ezeesource LLC, Ms Desai created and launched an e-commerce store front for America’s largest online retailers.

Ms. Desai earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance & Psychology from Northeastern University, D’Amore-McKim School of Business in Boston, MA.

Evonne Chua

Evonne Chua is responsible for CanAm’s valued clients in the Southeast Asia region. She has nearly 20 years of extensive work experience in the immigration industry.

Ms. Chua started her career as a registered Australia Migration Agent helping hundreds of overseas professionals and businessmen relocate to Australia. Prior to joining CanAm, she worked at EB-5 Investor Magazine as the Director of Community Relations & International Marketing. During that time, she has organized many successful EB-5 seminars and conferences for high net worth individuals and collaborating with EB-5 vendors throughout the global markets. Ms. Chua has garnered a great reputation for her endearing personality, positivity, and most importantly, honestly and integrity in her work.

She is currently a Justice of Peace (Qualified) in Australia and holds both Australia and U.S. residencies.

Piyush Gupta

Mr. Gupta is responsible for CanAm’s client and business relationships in India and the Middle East. Mr. Gupta joined CanAm Enterprises as a seasoned Business Development professional with 12 years of experience in sales, strategy and client management and a deep cultural understanding of the world’s most populous and diverse country – India. With a background as a mechanical engineer, Mr. Gupta brings an engineer’s approach to problem-solving. Earning an MBA from HKUST Business School in Hong Kong, with an exchange semester at NUS Business School in Singapore, Mr. Gupta’s multi-cultural competencies have been shaped by working with teams and management based in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, India and the United States. In his role, Mr. Gupta helps drive business and customer growth in India & Middle East and assists with driving marketing and communications strategies in the India market.

Robbie Wang

Mr. Wang was engaged in the Investment & Immigration Industry for more than 10 years, getting rich experience of documentation and management. He is an expert on investment immigration projects like EB-5, especially good at helping investors make statement of source of funds and make investment plans to avoid risks reasonably. In recent years, to provide the most professional and practical suggestions for the establishment and business development of the Regional Centers in U.S., Mr. Wang had been the North America and the European countries many times for projects’ investigation. His strict attitude and expertise won him good reputation in the industry and the entrepreneurs and immigrant families regard him a trustworthy consultant

Robbie got his BA degree from Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics and Master of Engineering from Xiamen University.

Charles Chang

Mr. Chang’s experience in the Chinese immigration market – spanning over a decade – allows him to provide exceptional support to sales representatives and licensed migration agents. Before joining CanAm, Mr. Chang worked as Secretary General at the Beijing Overseas Study Service Association (“BOSSA”). Mr. Chang was also employed by Beijing Entry & Exit Service Association, an experienced migration agent providing visa facilitation services.

Jessica Ng

Jessica Ng is responsible for building and maintaining CanAm Enterprise’s relationships in Singapore. Prior to joining CanAm in 2023, Ms. Ng served seven years at Citi Private Bank, a business of Citigroup Inc., as an Associate Banker. During her tenure at Citi, Ms. Ng’s primary focus was serving Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals and Family Offices, primarily in the dynamic markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Australia. Ms. Ng earned her Bachelor of Science Degree, with Honors, from the University of London/SIM (Singapore Institute of Management) in Banking and Finance.

Frank Le

Frank has been a specialist in the business immigration field for 7 years, plus more than 6 years in banking industry and international business, he has intensive experience in start-up businesses, capital investment, and file processing of Canada and U.S.A immigration programs. Frank is very knowledgeable in the Vietnamese market and has helped a large number of Vietnamese families to successfully achieve their immigration dreams. His philosophy is the priority of the partners' and clients’ benefit and security.

Kevin Wen

Mr. Wen serves as the Vice President at CanAm Investor Services, responsible for supporting the company's sales operations in the United States and internationally. He collaborates with external immigration attorneys to assist investors in completing EB-5 investments, addressing inquiries related to EB-5, and facilitating the overall process. Prior to joining CanAm Investor Services, Mr. Wen worked with a private equity investment firm and a microfinance company in China, accumulating over 7 years of experience in investment analysis and risk management. Additionally, Mr. Wen is a CFA charterholder. He graduated from Beijing Jiaotong University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Sicily Yang

Sicily started her career at the investment division of a leading Chinese private conglomerate as a project associate, where she was extensively involved in real estate investment in US, Canada and Australia from sourcing, due diligence, closing to construction and operation. She gained exposure to the EB-5 industry during her work alongside EB-5 Magazine in 2018. Prior to joining CanAm in 2024, she worked in an asset management company as a business development manager, responsible for facilitating sales of alternative products to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

At CanAm, she is responsible for supporting the firm’s sales activities in the southern part of China.

Lauren Zingré

As the Director of Digital Marketing at CanAm, Lauren Zingré leads initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement across digital channels. With over a decade of experience in financial services marketing, Ms. Zingré was most recently Head of Digital and Brand Marketing for the world's leading provider of legal finance. She earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master's degree in English Literature from the University of Rochester.

Melissa Milligan

Melissa Quinn is part of the marketing team as an Associate, Communications. Before joining CanAm, Melissa worked as a Social Media Manager at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman College of Business, cultivating skills in the areas of digital marketing and communications. Melissa is also a double graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning her Bachelors of Marketing in 2018 and MBA in 2021.
