CanAm Enterprises President and CEO, Tom Rosenfeld, will discuss EB-5 redeployment policy updates and present CanAm’s conservative, investor-focused redeployment platform at the 2019 IIUSA EB-5 Advocacy Conference.
CanAm Enterprises (“CanAm”) is pleased to announce that its President and CEO, Tom Rosenfeld, will speak at the annual IIUSA EB-5 Advocacy Conference which takes place on May 5-7, 2019 in Washington, D.C. The conference is organized by Invest in the USA (IIUSA), a national membership-based not-for-profit industry trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program.
Mr. Rosenfeld will participate in a panel entitled “Redeployment: How to Inform Your Current Investors and How to Structure Future Deals” together with Osvaldo Torres, Bob Cornish, and Brad Stedem. The discussion will cover the latest USCIS policy updates on EB-5 capital redeployment, outline redeployment considerations for EB-5 investors and regional centers as well as the best practices in redeployment. Mr. Tom Rosenfeld will also present CanAm’s conservative, investor-focused approach to redeployment strategies and its current redeployment platform.

The conference will also host Charlie Oppenheim, Chief of the Immigrant Visa Control Office at the U.S. Department of State, who will be sharing his latest insights and firsthand information on the current EB-5 visa waiting times for applicants from China, Vietnam, and India.

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
