Ground-Up Construction Project
Dillon, Colorado
The Project is the ground-up development of a condominium property with 80 residential units consisting of 79,635 net sellable square feet and 4,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space positioned for a restauranteur. The property is in Dillon, Colorado, a four-season living destination near multiple ski destinations. The EB-5 loan will be used for development and construction related to the Project. Construction has begun and is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2027. All proceeds from the EB-5 Loan will be spent at the site, which qualifies as “Rural Area” under the EB-5 Regional Center Program. An independent analysis demonstrated that the EB-5 Project will create more than 924 jobs, which exceeds combined job creation requirements for 66 investors.

Nederland, Texas
CanAm’s High Unemployment Targeted Employment Area (TEA) Project will fund infrastructure improvements at a Green Hydrogen Plant in Nederland, TX. Improvements will include the installation of electrical, utility, and other heavy infrastructure for the site, along with piping, foundation, and other plant-related components. Spending for the Project began in the second quarter of 2024 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025. An independent analysis demonstrated that the Project will create more than 863 jobs, which exceeds combined job creation requirements for 50 EB-5 investors.
