Ann Darretta is the Director of Business Operations. Ms. Darretta is responsible for monitoring and improving daily operations, maximizing the efficiency of all business procedures, and building processes that meet CanAm’s business objectives.

Ms. Darretta has spent much of her 30-year career working in multiple facets of Banking and Finance, with a focus on business process reengineering, thought leadership, risk management, and analytics. Prior to joining CanAm, Ms. Darretta was Vice President of Regulatory Compliance for Deutsche Bank, where she managed all aspects of the U.S. regulatory environment, including working collaboratively with federal and private regulatory entities.

Ms. Darretta spent a significant portion of her earlier career with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where she was involved in forming and leading a 24×7 team responsible for protecting the information assets of the Federal Reserve System and U.S. Treasury from cyber threats.
