NEW YORK— CanAm Enterprises is pleased to announce that Walter S. Gindin will be a speaker at the Annual AILA Conference on Immigration Law to be held June 9-12, 2021. Mr. Gindin serves as Director of Legal Affairs at CanAm Enterprises. He is one of three industry leaders participating in a virtual panel discussion on the EB-5 program.
Mr. Gindin is scheduled to present Friday, June 11 from 4:30-5:30 pm ET on the topic “The Sun Also Rises: EB-5 Program Sunset on June 30 and Beyond.” He will be joined by fellow panelists, David Morris, AILA EB-5 Investors Committee Chair, and Carolyn Lee, AILA EB-5 Investors Committee member. Walter S. Gindin Bio
Walter S. Gindin is Director of Legal Affairs at CanAm Enterprises responsible for EB-5 immigration and corporate transactional matters. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in political science from New York University. He received his Juris Doctor (with Distinction) from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2011 where he served as an Editor on the Iowa Law Review. He is an active member of the New York State Bar and is a member of the AILA EB-5 Committee. He also represents asylum applicants through Immigration Equality’s pro bono network.
